At Gainz, we're committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the highest quality protein bars to support their fitness and nutrition goals. Understanding the need for flexibility, we offer a comprehensive Shipping & Returns Policy for our products.



Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Gainz protein bars to decide if they meet your expectations. Within this period, you can request a return if you're not entirely satisfied.



To qualify for a return, your protein bars must be in the condition you received them - unopened and in their original packaging. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase to proceed.



To initiate a return, please contact us at daniel@fastgainz.com. Upon accepting your return request, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We aim to resolve such issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction.



Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Given the perishable nature of our protein bars, we cannot accept returns once the seal is broken. Other non-returnable items include custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted. If you have any concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.



Exchanges
We strive to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have following the above process and make a separate purchase for the new item.



European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, following the same condition requirements and process mentioned above.



Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
